Help with a request (500 error even in the docs)

  1. What do you want to achieve?
    API: https://develop.roblox.com/v2/universes/{universeId}/configuration
    I wanted to make a script with an API for my game I have no problems with other APIS but this one makes 500 even on the docs page I don’t know why

  2. What is the issue?
    It makes always a 500 error

  3. What solutions have you tried so far?
    I tried using the docs (https://develop.roblox.com/docs) and when I try it out it makes always an error of 500 I don’t want to use the v1 because it doesn’t have the possibility to enable third party sales in the request

Please do not ask people to write entire scripts or design entire systems for you. If you can’t answer the three questions above, you should probably pick a different category.

Are you making the HTTP request from Roblox or from an outside source?

Right now you can’t make API calls from Roblox to roblox.com.

As I said all other apis works great but this one gives me a error 500 I have all setup all good but this one errors

But I asked if you were calling these APIs from Roblox, not if other APIs work.

No I’m using python and it works but not that api it gives a 500 error

Then the issue is just something Roblox needs to fix. There isn’t much you can do for a 500 error. I assume you have looked up the corresponding meaning of the error code so the issue shouldn’t be from your code.

and how can I tell Roblox to fix it because I really want to use that one and not the v1 because the v1 version doesn’t have lots of things that u can change with it
