I’ve been sent 5+ DMCA’s from the same group, targeting the same content, even after I successfully countered it. (claims by FastSpin5018, FastSpin5030, FastSpin5033 targeting the same content, despite successful counter-notices). It’s clear that these claims are done so in bad faith, but Roblox keeps brushing me off and I’m honestly considering legal action against ROBLOX as this is costing me more than a lawsuit.
Roblox’s incorrect claim has got my account terminated, and they failed to address the abusers, even after I emailed the designated Roblox Copyright Agents, and submitted a DSA report on this topic.
I’m here to ask advice on how to proceed, because no matter how many successful Counter-Notices I submit, the group always retaliates with another DMCA against the same items every time, even after it was rightfully restored, indicating malicious intent by this group. Not to mention its illegal nature.
