Help with Cart Ride Script Wheels

I want to create something like a cart and the wheels move like a normal cart for eg. take the famous cart which you click → to go faster and it uses the wheels to do that. Does anyone know how to script a script where the wheels move like carts?

I need a script for this since I am making a cart game but its a custom cart.

Are you asking for a script that makes parts move in circles? If so there are a lot of scripts that exist already. Just google is probably the best thing.
