Help with Celshading

Im having problems with the game. Not sure if its wrong section.

1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
   Cel shading that looks similar to that from Ultimate Ninja 4:Naruto Shipudden

You meant “Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4”.
R15 and R6 Cel Shading hope that helps?

Not Storm 4…

I mean this

Its graphics was toned down From Ultimate Ninja 3,turning from a manga-like look to Anime-like look

You should not confuse that to Storm 4,because they are different games. and that game was followed by Ultimate Ninja 5.
