I’m working on a classic styled badge hunt and I want to add custom footstep sound effects as if youre walking on different materials, while keeping it all plastic. I’ve been working for the past 30 minutes trying to figuring it out to no avail. I need help to find a start on how I would do this. I’m not asking for somebody to script an entire footstep code for me. Just need help brainstorming where to begin.

If I’m understanding what you mean, you may be able to use the Humanoid.FloorMaterial
property.
