[HELP WITH ELMO] Mesh Decimation making my model look ugly

Hello! I recently (like 5 minutes ago) made a post about my creepy elmo model for a game. (Creepy Elmo Model)

Now the dreaded time has come, when I have to decimate my model so that I can import it into roblox, but still keep it pretty.

                                                                       .it failed.

Any lifesaving tips on how keep the shape of your model but lower the tris count? Thanks.

You have to retopologize it. Theres many way of doing that. Either by hand or this new feature

Theres a new blender feature in sculpt mode called convert to multi-res

Its only in the experimental version right now so you have to be careful because there could be program breaking bugs. It organizes your topology which makes decimating it easier to calculate correctly and keep its original form best it can.
