Help with flipbook particles

So in my game, i have a particle emitter parented to a part that is welded to the player. However the problem is that i am using a flipbook particle and when the player moves, the particle does not. Is there any way to make the particle follow the players movements?

its the blue lightning particles

There is a property in the particle emitter called “LockToPart” (or something similar to that). set that to true
