Help with Inverse Kinematics needed asap!

Hello everyone! I have a problem with Inverse Kinematics. Currently I’m trying to make a viewmodel’s arms stick to the gun using inverse Kinematics , but I get this weird sway effect when the smooth time is not set to 0. Is there a solution to this that works with smooth time > 0, since I’m planning to replicate animations over to the viewmodel and I need them to be smooth.
