Hello! I’m having problems with building for some time. I have the “join surfaces” enable but I always have the same problem:

Are those two parts exactly the same? Maybe you have rotated little bit one of the parts and that’s why they don’t connect.
The parts are not the same. I just duplicated main wall but when duplicating the window wall I cannot join the surfaces.
Try putting one part on the side where it doesn’t connect and try scaling the part which is not connecting until it makes a collision and they should be the same length. At least that’s the trick I do all the time when I’m building.
Also what’s your moving stud value? Maybe it’s too high and you should set it to 0 so every pixel counts.
