Help with low resolution backgrounds on photoshop

So I’m trying to copy and paste a starburst swirly background (if you know what they are) into photoshop. The problem that I’m currently facing is that whenever I paste into the canvas, it just shrinks to the middle of the canvas and when I resize it’s all grainy. Any help :slight_smile:?

Make your canvas size smaller. If you can’t, then there’s nothing you can do. If you make it bigger the resolution drops.

Just make the starburst effect in photoshop on the canvas.
