Hello! so ive tried to make a running animation for the first time. I have animated in the past just not anything too complex. I looked at some references and I learned alot about the movement but still my animation looks very very off.

Personally i think its a little too fast and the arm movement looks a little robotic but im not sure. If someone with better experience than me could help it would be appreciated.
I think the reason why you think it feels a bit off is because there is no vertical movement for the torso in any keyframe and the speed can easily be adjusted via :AdjustSpeed()
Oops, well when people run they briefly lift themselves off the ground (like the image shown) and then drop down and plant their foot down on the ground which would then make the rig kinda squat
