Help with ocean

I recently got into developing again and I am only a modeler and I was wondering if anybody here has tips for making a ocean without terrain water or parts? (I am interested in making waves in the ocean) Since I am a modeler and I only know how to make oceans with terrain water, and parts I am also open to anything that would help me with scripting. Thanks! (Here is an example of oceans I am trying to make)

The best you can do is make a rigged out ocean with bones and then export it into studio and then use trigonometry to figure out how to make waves move up and down or make a part that just constantly rises and goes down

another problem is when i import a mesh into studio it doesn’t do nothin
