Help with optimization and performance for game

My game will have trees. LOTS of trees. These trees are separated into the trunk and the leaves (both are MeshParts). How can i make sure these trees don’t cause lag on devices?

I can’t check the tree in studio since I am busy with some projects irl and I don’t have time. You could try and make some styalized trees/low poly trees if your festival game thingy will have a lot of them. I will try to see what I can do to optimize those trees for you tommorow if someone else haven’t already. Hope you find a solution.

You could import the tree trunk in blender and optimize it in there.

So I’ve imported the trunk into blender and I’d like to start off by saying that tree got bad normals. It’s 1k triangles, If you want way less than 1k per tree you should make some more low poly trees.

Make the trees collision properties less. I’d make the trunk be hull, and make the leaves box, and then make the leaves not collideable nor touchable, and it should help greatly
