Help with Paint.net

Hello! I have been trying to learn how to make GFX, and I heard of Paint . Net, although, when I search I get something that is either not it or a scam, and one that looks sketchy as a download.

Is https://www.getpaint.net/ the right link to download it? ( getpaint.net)

Sorry, this is dumb, but I second guess myself.

Yes, that is the correct download website. Make sure to not click any of the buttons that say something along the lines of “DOWNLOAD” in a green button on the side. image That should be the correct button (located top right corner)
