Help with Quality Parity

  1. What do you want to achieve?
Create a SCI-FI Shooter, called: Incursion
So, the map will have a lot of neon, but…

  2. What is the issue?
If you put quality to 1, the neon blocks looks low quality.

Graphics: 10

Graphics: 1

Can someone help me?.

Why do you want the Quality at 1? is it because your game will lag and cause lower end devices to automatically set in game Graphics to 1?

Lighting is one of the quickest cuts that happen when Graphics levels drop. It’s one of the most CPU intensive items for rendering, so instead of lagging gameplay the Graphics get downgraded.
One of the other quickest cuts is the rendered quality and distance, both are rendered items, so they will drop.

You have to consider what you want to trade off on, visual rendering or actual gameplay.
If you want both you are going to have to lower the load on the CPU by cleaning up your scripting and gameplay dynamics.

Well, 1 bar graphics are supposed to make the game look bad, its so it can run on all devices.

If you really want parity (Which I WOULD NOT recommend) you can use beams to give the illusion of the glow on the parts, this will however be a lot of extra work on your end for optimization and positioning the beams.

Simply do not care how your game looks on low graphics, if someones graphics are low, they’re low for a reason.

I mean, i have a poor mobile device.
