Help with rigging R6 in blender

I wanted to animate the R6 character without having to use plugins or anything like that, just manually, but I’m having this problem with the bones, could anyone help me?

You probably need to weight paint the individual body parts.

Go to Object Mode > Weight Paint, then open the vertex tab. All your bones will be shown. when selecting a limb of the rig in Weight Paint, it will be colored in a spectrum colored from the main bone and out across the other limbs.

Red is a weight of 1, meaning that posing the bone will control and deform surrounding parts. Blue is a weight of 0, meaning it will not deform other parts.

Assuming you fully don’t want the deformation, select every limb one at a time and for each one, select every bone and color the part blue. For a bit of a better explanation, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Vox4biIXlg , he starts showing the weight paint around 14:45
