Help with Roblox Studio Text

Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone knowledgeable could help me with the following:

So here I have a road sign and I am using the SurfaceGui and TextLabel for it, and it is fine if you are looking at it straight on.

However, if you look at the text at any sort of angle it disappears? I tried resolving it by making the text part separate to the sign part and moving the text part a bit away from the sign, and it helped a bit but not much.

Anyone got any ideas?

I think that’s just SurfaceGui behavior. It only shows up from the face selected

Have you tried setting SurfaceGui’s ZOffset to a value higher than 0?
