Help with roblox's community standards

I’m not sure if this belong here, please tell me where to put this.

It says, “We prohibit users from discussing, depicting, or promoting illegal or highly-regulated activities. You also may not encourage others to violate their local laws, or do so yourself. These activities include: … Bomb- and weapon-making in the real world” and also “Dangerous misuse of fireworks”

Is having a crafting system for a bomb allowed? Is bomb use as a weapon (and fireworks) allowed? Roblox’s 2010 firework says that Roblox fireworks are fun, but don’t use them in real life. Roblox also limits promoting dangerous stunts. If I put "Roblox is fun, but don’t do this at home. Or anywhere else. ", will putting bombs, firework use, dangerous stunts be allowed?

I really want to add stunts and whatever to a game, so I will add a suggestion to allow 13+ only people to play a game with less restrictive rules

Another note: will previous things in the past affect you now? For example, at least half of Flamingo’s old videos will probably get him banned under the new ToS.

Roblox has recently changed thier TOS, some rules like the fireworks rule makes no sense to me.

I do not know at the moment as many Roblox users including myself are puzzled by this new Roblox rule.

You don’t even have to put that, as long as you don’t explicitly state “DO THIS NOW KIDDOS” you’re within the new standards since the standards prohibit encouraging people to do something harmful IRL.
