Are you certain that it contains all the required limbs and welds?

Looking at that video it looks like the character isn’t the right way around, check the face of one of the parts sides where you want the front to be and make sure it’s facing forward

You need to rotate the ‘StarterCharacter’ model ±90 degrees around the Y-axis.
