You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:

What do you want to achieve? A border/outline around tower’s range, which thickness doesnt inrease with the range circle size, as done for example in tower blitz. I suppose the outline is a ring like mesh, but the fact that its always on top, makes me think it has to do with surface ui.

What is the issue? As I said, the outline is getting thicker with bigger ranges
