Help with UI grid effect

Hi there fellow developers!

Today I need a little bit of help -
How am I going to create a UI effect like this?:

Is there some kind of easy way of doing this? The clip is from epic minigames but I have seen a similar effect in Jailbreak’s garage. I’m hoping it something to do with UI grid layouts

Any help would be great!

Seems like a simple loop that slightly delays adding each element in, and when it does add in an element it just tweens the size.
