This keeps happening everytime I make a union on studio.
I don’t think there’s really any way to avoid this. I highly suggest avoiding solid modeling in Roblox Studio and use something like blender :3

Try setting the RenderFidelity to Precise or change Mesh Detail Level in Studio Settings to a higher detail or Distance Based.

the cylinder model in studio isnt exactly smooth, and has a fairly low poly count:
try importing, finding or creating a smoother cylinder that you can use when negating the union
