Help with vehicle suspention tuning

I am completely new to rigging vehicles, and I’ve managed to set one up using cylinders as the wheels, spring constraints, cylindrical constraints, a VehicleSeat, and a center of gravity(an invisible block in the center of the vehicle, everything on the car is massless including the character, except for the invisible block).

My problem is that when my quad bike hits any object, it violently turns the car instead of just rolling over the object. What properties should I adjust to make it so that my bike can roll over objects? I assume it has to do with the springs, maybe.

I have fixed my issue by increasing the overall mass, as well as increasing the spring FreeLength and decreasing the Spring Stiffness.
