Hello, everytime I try to verify for voicechat I get an error : “the document provided could not be verified”.
The document is valid and worked before on my Deleted Account.
Is it because my account got deleted with voicechat and there’s like a cooldown or something? If yes, then how many days I have to wait to verify again?

You can only use one ID for one account; it is not possible to verify your age on 2 or more accounts using the same form of identification. Because the account has been terminated, it is not possible to recover the ID. Here’s an article with more information regarding questions you may have: Age ID Verification FAQ

At surface level, yes. In reality, it depends.
Veriff retains your ID for 90 days. Once 90 days pass, you can attempt to verify your ID on another account.
I’ve had friends have success verifying their ID on multiple accounts and other get put on a 7 day cooldown.
Of course, the QnA says it isn’t allowed, however, it is by no means impossible.
Typically 90 days from whatever point that you last tried, but Roblox is slowly rolling out VC to accounts without ID verification seemingly at random.
Just kinda gotta hope you get it for free.

I experience this error despite the fact that my ID isn’t verified on any other accounts.

Sometimes it doesn’t work no matter what. Just how it is. Sucks.
