Help with wall placement

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    Hey, im trying to make a “bone wave” that wraps up around objects (like, if i were to aim it at a wall it would “walk” up the wall)

This is the one i currently have, it only goes im a straight line

  1. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    Im not really sure how i’d go about it

  2. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    I’ve looked into wall placement tutorials but i dont think it is quite what im looking for

A tip I could say is using ray casts and getting the face normal. Same way they do it for bullet holes on guns in fps games. The normal gives you the orientation of the face it intersects with. Try raycasting from the boss with a specific white list and then placing it in that position while taking into account the normal
