Customer
A regular member at Herbalicious.
Noted Customer
A regular member at Herbalicious who has been noticed by staff. Perhaps they have made a sizeable donation or have been incredibly faithful to the restaurant.
Junior Grill Cook
A newly hired employee. They are capable of preparing food and serving customers.
Grill Cook
An employee with some experience. They have completed some trainings and have proven themselves capable of properly serving customers.
Senior Grill Cook
An employee with lots of experience. They have completed many trainings and shown lots of dedication towards Herbalicious.
Shift Manager
An employee responsible for looking after the other employees at the restaurant. They will help other employees by answering questions or giving them tips, as well as dealing with any customers giving them a hard time. Shift managers may also help out at training sessions, however cannot host a training alone.This position has basic moderator powers. This position must be applied for.
General Manager
An employee responsible for supervising the entire restaurant. They help any customers by answering questions, and they deal with any troublesome customers. The general managers may also host trainings and give out promotions to their trainees as they see fit. This position has administrator powers. This position must be applied for.
Communications Committee
The group of employees in charge of maintaining positive relations with the public, be it organizing events or conducting polls. This committee also has access to Herbalicious' social media outlets. This position must be applied for.
Staffing Committee
The group of employees in charge of maintaning positive staff relations as well as the hiring of new employees. Members of this committee can read most employee applications and accept them as they see fit. They are also in charge of training employees, along with the General Manager. This position must be applied for.
Chief Financial Officer
The CFO is responsible for taking care of the financial side of Herbalicious. They reccommend financial decisions and help to monetize certain aspects of the restaurant.This position must be applied for.
Chief Operations Officer
The COO is in charge of the daily operations of Herbalicious, including all the employees who work in the restaurant. They reccommend ways to manage the restaurant and its staff to maximize customer satisfaction. This position must be applied for.
Chief Executive Officer
The CEO is in charge of all executive employees, who don't necessarily spend all their time in the restaurant. The COO, CFO, Staffing Committee and Communications Committee all report to the CEO. The CEO can sit in on board meetings. This position must be applied for.
Board of Directors
The board of directors is a group of people who have the ultimate say on any big decisions that happen in Herbalicious. The board of directors may bring changes to any aspect of Herbalicious, including to executive ranks. The board of directors must have more than 1 person on it so that anything brought to them can be put to a vote, ensuring that no one person will be deciding everything. This position must be applied for and your entry to the board of directors must be voted on by the rest of the employees of Herbalicious.
Chairman
The chairman of the board is the head of the board of directors. Their vote in board meetings counts the same as the votes of the rest of the board of directors. Anything agreed on by the board of directors must be acted on, even if the Chairman does not agree. The Chairman does not have the power of veto.
