Here button on posting a talent hub job wipes entire application clear!

I’ve just spent an hour writing up a job application post on the Talent hub, only to have the entire thing wiped clear because I clicked the Here button at the top to view text formatting options. There are numerous ways this could be fixed!

  1. Have it open a separate tab
  2. have it open a closable window overtop of your application

Expected behavior

Please make this Here open a NEW tab!
