Attacks with teapots twice in a row, every time he attacks.

Reworks: Teapots of Doom waiting time has been set to 0.4, no animation lock! Clockwork’s Calculator 0.5% → 5%, This hero has a 25% chance to land a critical hit. When an enemy dies, increase all allies’ critical hit chance by 15%. (THIS IS A NOTE, IT WON’T APPEAR AS AN ABILITY ON THE HERO!)
