TABLE OF CONTENTS:

  1. Administration Rules
  2. Activity
  3. Events
  4. Shifts
  5. Trainings
  6. Interviews

ADMINISTRATION RULES:
Here are Hilton Hotels, our HRs have to follow certain rules to avoid any problem.

  • Do not use abusive commands such as:
fly, flynoclip, jail, explode, fire, smoke and etc…

  • Always be professional at our Hotel

  • Do not argue with other HRs in public, always take it to DM’s.

  • Respect everyone, regardless of their rank.

  • Follow all Roblox’s ToS

  • Free ranking is strictly not allowed, you’ll always get demoted for free ranking.

  • Ranks under 11 | Shift Manager cannot rank above 9 without Permission from a BoD+

  • Cursing, Swearing or profanity is STRICTLY not allowed here at Hilton Hotels, ‘nor’ is Homophobia! Caught doing so will get you suspended or demoted, depending on the situation.

  • Lastly, Racism! Here at Hilton Hotels, you may have noticed we get a frequent visitor: popqueen, she
is our top donator, just take no notice of her is she is acting strange but if she starts being racist,
which she is common to do then please politely give her a warning. That goes for ANYONE else that decides to be racist at Hilton Hotel.

Another thing, all HR’s are required to have a verified discord account, otherwise, it is quite pointless.
Please be sure to read this guideline thoroughly!
Failing to abide by these rules will get you either, Suspended, Fired, Demoted or at worse Blacklisted.

If any of these rules are broken you’ll be suspended/fired, the suspension may vary from Admin from Admin.

ACTIVITY:
Here at Hilton Hotels, we expect activity from the HR team, if you have any problem you may request an inactivity-notice in our Discord server but an SHR has to approve it.

Now, these are some guidelines for activity:

  1. You must be very active, host at least 2 events every week, canceled events don’t count.
  2. If you wish to be inactive within the group, then you must post it in #inactivity-notice, when you post it an SHR will have to approve it, after that, you’ll be ranked down to 10 | Hotel Supervisor, while being rank 10 you cannot host an event or Co-host one, being active in Discord is acceptable.

EVENTS:
Here you’ll see how to host a decent event and some rules when hosting one, pay attention.

Before hosting an event make sure nobody is hosting the same event at the same time, remember, The same events have a cooldown of 60 minutes between each other.

The current format must be used when shouting it to everyone your training:
On Discord:
@here [Event type] “Custom text”, Host: , Co-Host: and more “custom text” if wanted
On Roblox
[Event type] “Custom text”, Host: , Co-Host: and more “custom text” if wanted

Now that you have learned the basic rules of an event and their formats you’ll now learn how to host them.

SHIFTS:
Shifts need a host and basically doesn’t need much attention, when hosting one you’ll have to organize the staff and make sure they’re working.
Shifts have to last at least 40 minutes if you have to leave before it you may cancel but again, it won’t count as an “activity”.
At the end of the shift, you’re hosting you may promote people that you find good, don’t forget to follow our point system.

INTERVIEWS:
11 | Senior Management+ may host
12 | Shift Manager+ may co-host
8 | Head of Security+ may become an Interviewer if asked by the Host, make sure they know the questions.

Before starting a session, you must introduce yourself. Here is an example:
Hello! Welcome to Hilton Hotels Interview Session! I’m [Your Name] and I will be your Host today!
Again, that’s just an example and you may create your own introduction.

Your Co-host may introduce himself if wanted.

Rules for Interviewees:

  • Once you have passed your interview, you will be ranked to “3 | Awaiting Training”. You will need to attend a training session to get your official rank.

  • Make sure you are polite at all times during this session. Being rude will give you an automatic fail and will need to attend a future session.

  • Be polite to your interviewer they have taken time out of their day to come and interview you!

Alright, Interviewers can get started! Good luck and I wish you all the best of luck!

Once you have explained to everyone the rules you may begin the Interviews!

Interviewer Guide:

Then you’ll continue by saying this:

Before we begin, I have a few rules:

Do not rage on me if you don’t pass, there’s always another session.

Without further ado, let’s begin!

Then you’ll start with this:

Firstly, we will start with the grammar test.

Correct the following sentence:
Hewoo welcomt to hijkton hotel woukd you like an rowm

If they pass without any mistakes you shall continue onto the questions, if they fail, ask an HR to kick them.

Congrats! You have passed the grammar test.

Moving onto the questions:
