you could check if a player is in the lobby and set the map’s parent to nil

When the map is not being used and everyone in the game is in the lobby, just make the whole map transparent. Likewise, if everyone is in the map, make the lobby transparent, that’s what I’ve done in the past.
try using an inverted sphere mesh and a fake sky for both the maps and the lobby, that way you can also have different skies for the lobby and different maps
