Hide owner status

I would like to hide my status as the owner, and as a player in the server, when playing my own game. To the full extent possible. I am not sure where to start.

Are you talking about the little pickaxe icon in the player list? You can’t remove that. If you really wanted to remove yourself entirely from the player list you might as well disable it or make a custom player list. Do note that you can’t disable the menu (esc) so you will always be able to be found there.

Yes; to the full extent possible.

I do recall from four years ago being able to introduce custom tags for game moderators appended to the names and what not. You could also add a fake player to the playerList. I don’t see why it would change, I never got to explore this myself.

Never has been possible from the default leaderboard, that was done with a custom leaderboard that only behaved similarly to the default leaderboard. It had the same functionality as the original leaderboard except some elements were disabled (such as sending friend requests).

You can fork the leaderboard scripts from the CoreScripts if you want to attempt that same idea but given all its changes now, pretty sure it’s split into more than one script and equally the same amount of headaches to be able to get a fully functional fork. Then, after that, you need to disable core elements that developer scripts do not have access to.

Completely disable the Playerlist or make your own, unless you wanna try Colbert’s way which takes much more time than it’s worth (plus you’d lose most features due to non-core scripts not being able to use a lot of things). Those are the only 3 options you’ve got.
