You had some zero width space there.
Just hit backspace a few times.

you might need to put a “1” after #plrs for i = 1,#plrs,1 <— this one then add your do
I mean, you should delete the line, and rewrite it, since there is some unicode characters that lua don’t recognize.
Somehow It works now! No syntax error. I want to try it out, could anyone join to see if it works?
