Hide Service in Explorer is disabled for some reason

I can’t figure out how to reproduce this, but Hide Service in Explorer is supposed to be usable for every service, including initial ones.

i’ve figured out how to reproduce the issue, right clicking a service while the script editor disables it but never reenables it until studio is reopened
