High Client Crash Rate

Crash rates in my newly released game caught my attention; do you think this rate is normal? In my previous games, the rate was between 2% and 3%. Some people say this is not normal. Even though I use things like parallel Lua to reduce CPU load while developing my games, this still happens. What do you think the problem is? The crash rates rise an insane amount whenever the player count starts increasing and whenever player count stablizes the crashes goes down again.
