The resolution of universe thumbnails has been 768x432 since 2016. This was and is pitifully low. It should be increased to 1280x720 or higher.

Something funny I noticed: If you add a YouTube video to your universe, the thumbnail that displays before the video loads is actually higher resolution than Roblox’s actual image thumbnails (720p vs 432p)

Oh yikes I had no idea the resolution was so awfully low. Definitely needs to be increased!
