Highlight doesn't display OutlineColor correctly

Reproduction Steps

Doesn’t seem like Highlight.OutlineColor is rendered correctly here

I have tried to publish, reinsert and change the color but it seems to be stuck at Black

Expected Behavior

Actual Behavior

Color is set to White or Color.new(1,1,1)
