Highlight highlights completely unrelated models when put in a Character

Hello, Players have reported a bug for our game (Dandy’s World) where Characters that can highlight other players (for targeting purposes) can, for some reason, Highlight completely separate models such as the Monsters even though the script that highlights them never touches the folder that the Monsters are in. As far as I’m aware of Highlights are only supposed to affect parts of the model the Highlight is under, is it not?

For context the players are put into a folder called “InGamePlayers” so the game knows who’s still in the round or not, while the Monsters are put into their own folders. From my knowledge the monster’s parts would have to be IN the Character’s model group which doesn’t make any sense. I’m unsure if this is just a bug on Roblox’s part or something that can be solved. If anyone has information please let me know.

It might be that the monsters are named the same.

The player models are named the same as the player who owns them, so the models are named “ExampleName215” like what a default character would be named. The monsters are not named the same. In the video provided the monster being highlighted (the one off to the left in the video in the wall) is named “RodgerMonster”.

So this doesn’t seem likely I’m afraid.
