Does anyone know if it is possible to change the highlight limit? If no does anyone know if Roblox is planning on increasing it?

Nope, roblox is not planning to change it. The limit of highlights may be because of performance, if there’s way too many highlights, the game may lag WAY too much, even if you have a mid computer
You can put all the parts in a model and highlight the model, although this does have the downside of not every part getting an outline
otherwise you’ll have to use meshes or selection boxes
