Highlighting Instance keeps falsely highlighting the humanoid

Hello developers, I have an issue with the new/old highlighting instance.

I’m not sure if it does this for all tools. But my tool is a tool that can be thrown around. (American Football to be exact) And every time I throw the tool away, it highlights the humanoid. Here is a video to show my point.

How do I make it not have it or just have a script to destroy it?

This rarely happens to me in my game as well. Sometimes enemies will become highlighted even with no Highlight instance ever in them.

Instead of having Humanoids they have AnimationControllers, so maybe its related to the Animator instance.
