I’m looking for a 2D profile picture for use on social media. I am not looking for a 3D/GFX profile picture and will ignore anyone who applies for the position looking for make 3D art for me.

I am up for negotiation depending on the prices on your portfolio. My maximum is 800 but can possibly go to 900 depending on your work.
