Hello everyone! The Blox Guyz are looking to hire builders for upcoming projects and are looking to fill full time, as well as per project positions, information below. As every builder has different strengths and weaknesses, each builder will be evaluated and paid accordingly (we highly recommend giving us a ballpark number based on past projects). Themes of maps, while we will have some ideas that we want to go with, are also generally open to conversation as long as they fit the genre/type of map (for example a racing map). We hope to create long lasting relationships in this community and are looking to find the right people and release amazing projects together.
Full Time Builders ($/month)
Full time builders will be expected to be flexible and team oriented people that can bounce between projects as needed, but are typically expected to focus on one project at a time. All projects have a general design direction often with specific elements already suggested, but have room for there to be some collaborative design so your individual strengths are really able to shine. Currently there is a lot of focus for obby/parkour and racing maps, but this list will expand in the future. Of course, this position will work closely with our scripters to make sure deadlines are met and amazing work gets done!
Per Project Builders ($/project)
Per project builders are taken on board if they are a good fit for a specific project and are looking for something more short term. Just like the above, all projects have a general design direction often with specific elements already suggested but have room for there to be some collaborative design so your individual strengths are really able to shine. Currently per project positions are ONLY open to obby/parkour and racing maps. Also, just like the above, this position will work closely with our scripters to make sure deadlines are met and amazing work gets done!
