We are a small development team under the branding “Project Red.” We are currently looking for 1x builder for one of our newest projects. Budget per builder is 200,000 ROBUX.
About The Project
We are looking for a consistent, professional, and experienced builder that can do a variety of tasks such including interior and exterior design. Being able to do terrain is also a plus. We use trello to post jobs available, and you will get paid per task completed. You will be working with one other developer.
Payment
We add at least three new tasks every single day; payment per task varies from 1000 ROBUX to 45,000 ROBUX.

You must be 15 years or older to apply.
I believe the age is OP’s decision and there is no enforcement to hire people 15- (such as 13 y/o). The OP may probably treat 15 as a more fair and mature age for a developer.
We only want to work with matured people. While some 13-14 year olds may be mature, we need to know that the developer can be consistent and professional overall and not just at first impression.

Unless you have very flexible deadlines, there’s absolutely no way I’d drop literally everything to handle three build projects a day. That is far too much. Unless it’s small items, then that’s a different story.
Is it up to me as a builder to choose to solo develop the tasks? Not many are really fine with having a second developer with him/her especially as a person with a kinda full schedule.
Also deadlines aren’t mentioned, nor is the daily payrate. That 200k is for what exactly? When is it paid?? You should consider adding more information.
