Looking for a Builder, Gui Designer and a 3D Modeler!

Hey! I am currently finding a Gui Designer, Builder and a 3D Modeler because I have been making solo projects for a while now and my only problem is them stuff. I can script things, here are some of my games I made alone;

Button Masters 2: 🔴 Button Masters 2 🔴 - Roblox
Button Mania: 🎆 New Years 🎆 🔴 Button Mania 🔴 - Roblox

There are other games but they are my best so far.

I need a 3D Designers to do;

  • Swords
  • (That’s all I can think of right now)

I need a Bulder to do;

  • Spawn Location
  • Areas/Portals
  • Decorations for the maps ofc

I need a Ui Designer to do;

  • Ui Frames/Buttons
  • Whatever we need :wink:

I would like the dev team to come up with the actual gameplay because we need to see if they can do them stuff or not. I will say right now that I can not make pets I will learn soon though.

Payments will be through group percentage.

Payments;
Scripter - 40%
Builder - 20 - 25%
3D Modeler - 15%
Ui Designer - 10%

Will there be a back up payment If the game doesn’t do well?

That’s a bit cruel. Nobody might be interested in the game and the developers might of done a great job and get paid nothing. You do realise nobody is going to help out if there is no backup payment.

Don’t you think having a back up payment would get more applicants? Saying that it’s on the developers if the game doesn’t do well is harsh and untrue. A game’s revenue depends on the visibility, which you’d have to advertise for. A developer’s job is only to build, not to make sure the game makes money. Not many will want to apply for a project where there is a possibility they don’t get payed.

I second with what @ariveua said. Yes, building is completely on the people you hire. However, visibility (advertising) of the game is completely on you.
