I have been working on a story game on Roblox, and to say the least, I’m bad at building. I need someone to build a house for the game to take place in. I just need a normal suburban house that has two floors, 8 beds for kids, 1 bed for the parents, a front yard, a backyard with a grill, a basement with a secret area, a living room with a tv, two bathrooms (one on the first floor, one on the second), a kitchen, a dining area, and an office. It also has to be at or less than 280 by 190 studs (but you can have it be as tall as needed). I am willing to pay 20% of game earnings, with an extra 5% for background houses (that don’t have to have an inside just and outside). Nothing in the house has to be scripted. I am willing to negotiate for the price, and I am hoping for the main house to be done in a month after being hired. The background houses can take up to two months. By the way, I might want to see the house before I finalize the price (to make sure I’m getting what I’m paying for). Please include some pics of your work and I will get back to you as soon as possible, thanks!

I believe the reason you are not getting many replies is the fact that story games are not known to make a lot of revenue. Giving a builder 20% of the game with no down payment/ backup payment is going to make it hard for you to find a builder.
