About The Job
We are looking for a professional builder that can make the first floor with reception, bar and a zone for elevator, all structures of SmoothPlastic, the builder don’t need add elevator and check system. [DON’T ADD FREE MODELS]

Payment
We are paying what you do:
Regular building: 1.500
Nice building: 3.000

I think this is kind of unfair, because Builders always have different styles of what they build. I suggest paying for the time the person actually managed to build this thing.. If you says it’s ugly and you don’t wanna pay that developer, they can fell like they’ve been scammed by you.

I agree. In reality Builders will tend to go for contracts they know are safe instead of contracts where they could potentially walk out with nothing.

1,500-3,000 is incredibly low. I would suggest raising it. You may not get the very best hotel with all the stuff you have listed for that much.
