Brief:

Hello, I am creating a Retail Shopping Simulator and I need someone to build the store and a small environment around it(Tree’s and a road in front of the store. And perhaps a small pond.). There will be no scripting required.

About The Job

I’m looking for someone that can build a store with a similar architectural style below. I want it to be a modern architectural style. The building will be fairly big.(I would like it as big as this game BloxStreet Shopping - Roblox). I need the exterior and interior built. I am looking for a fairly detailed interior with shelves,aisles etc. There doesn’t have to be any items made I’m will add the food/products myself.

Payment

I will be paying a minimum of 10,000 Robux(Negotiating up)[GroupFunds]/ maximum $150 USD***(Depending on skill/experience***). I prefer to pay through paypal. I’m willing to offer more if the chosen developer uses paypal.(THE MORE MONEY PAID, THE GREATER AMOUNT OF DETAIL)
