Hello, I am hiring experienced developers for a game I will be making. This game is based on Smokejumpers and it will be a recreation game of what Smokejumpers do. I’ve thought about making a military game but I think because so many have already been made, as well as police and firefighter games that smokejumpers would be a good choice.
Smokejumpers are wildland firefighters who parachute out of planes to fight fires, in the game we will also be using landing vehicles. Some vehicles may include:
Helicopter
Plane
Land Vehicle
Below are the types of developers I am looking for to join my team:

Payment:
Payment is only in game-earnings/percentages
Owner (me) - 25%
Programmer - 20%
Builder/Modeler - 15%
Terrain Artist - 20%
Requirements:
Must have Dizzy
Must be 13+
Must be able to communicate well with other developers
Must be active
Jobs:
Programmer: The programmer will be in charge of scripting the game to function properly, things you may script can vary from a working high ranks only door, to having the ability to create a fire, I would recommend at least 1+ year of experience
Builder/Modeler: You have the easiest job of all, your job will be building anything such as the Smokejumpers base, a helipad, or a road system. You may build a lot of different things, if you are a modeler then you will be in charge of vehicles and such, such as making a helicopter, plane, or land vehicle. I recommend 1+ year of experience
Terrain Artist: I’d say you may have the biggest most important job of all, you are in charge of terrain, you will be creating (a) huge forest(s) (Multiple or just one forest), you have a big responsibility because you have the biggest job, you will be creating all terrain which could be a forest, a lake, or maybe even a mountain. I recommend 1+ year of experience or maybe 2.
