Hiring Developers for 'Ultimate Space Heroes'!

Hi all, I’m the CEO of Bloxy Studios which is accessible from Bloxystudios.com or our Roblox Group Here.
We’re working on the next big thing here at Bloxy Studios, but as a small team of 2, we aren’t going to be finished any time soon. That’s where we need your help.

We’re working on a game called Ultimate Space Heroes which we believe will be the next-big-thing.
Ultimate Space Heroes doesn’t fit into any category nor genre. If it did, it would be in a MMORPG section.
This isn’t your ordinary MMORPG.
Think of it as if Club Penguin, Roblox and World of Warcraft had a baby and that baby was an Robloxian living in an unknown universe which is run by a superior group called ‘The Zibs’ who make sure Aliens don’t invade the Universe.

We’re looking for Developers/Scripters/Designers/Artists/Builders whom are:
-Not desperate for R$ and want to make a solid, stable game. (We will begin paying R$ once BloxyStudios is earning a sufficient amount to pay to developers, We’re thinking 1000R$ Monthly to start off with around Summer time)
-Dedicated to making a collaborative game which involves many different aspects from Role playing, to minigame style areas, to adventurous quests and story lines.
-Whom listen and are respectful. We don’t want to hire people who won’t abide or take criticism comfortably and won’t try.
-You must try and do at least some work for us every week or so whenever you are called. This doesn’t have to be your main project, but we need people to be on-board and working at a steady pace.

As said above, you will be rewarded with your efforts once Bloxy Studios begins ringing in the R$. The faster the game is ready, the quicker the R$ will begin rolling in and given to our Team whom helped create Ultimate Space Heroes.

Ultimate Space Heroes is accessible here for free. (Will be 25R$ soon for ALPHA passes.)
There’s a bug right now in which you can’t access the Mainlands because of ‘inefficient place ID’ even though We’ve made sure (and merely even helped) that this teleport is working and the target place is in the games universe and so on so forth.
This is unfortunate right now, We do have a workaround plan but we are too busy on another aspect of the game right now. Begin by clicking on New User and go from there.

Please post below any Questions you may have. You can skip the entire hiring process which is usually done on our site by just Inboxing me why you’re interested and what job you want to do. We’ll take it from there.

Thanks for reading this and post any questions below.
We desperately need your help to make the vision come alive. Help kick a New Roblox Studio on our feet! You can join us in the process too!

Thanks a bunch,
DynamicCreation.

Sorry but 100R$/Month is not enough for someone who is going to be doing a lot of scripting.

Edit: I swear to god it was only 100R$.

It’s 1,000R$ and Like I said, It will get higher as things go on. How do you expect a game to set off with 0R$ and no revenue?

Lemme use my sik dimensional analysis skills
1000 Robux * (1 Dollar / 400 Robux) = 2.50 Dollars

$2.5 per month from a DevEx standpoint, and I’m guessing about $7 from a buy-robux standpoint. I try to pay at least 1000 robux per hour for decent work.

Don’t hire people, although outsourcing is extremely powerful once you start reeling in cash. Try to form partnerships or do everything on your own.

give percentages instead of a flat fee

This.
Just this. Do this.

With your studio being as small as it is and the pay you are going to be giving even smaller, you’ll be much better off by giving shares of the game as apposed to your flat rates.

I am debating on joining a team, but I think I work better alone, I won’t be under pressure too get things done too quick, and be able too experiment. I develop my games not even for the Robux at the moment, so payment isn’t an issue with me.

PM me an example of what you want, and how programmers will work together, I might try joining a studio too see how it is, and I do agree with above though, a share is better. 15% as an example.

Really when I see an offer like this the first thing shouldn’t be “I’ve seen better offers on the Game Design subforum”

Developers/Scripters/Designers/Artists/Builders

You need EVERY job in the spectrum, basically saying “Im gonna bring ya’ll together, I might do some stuff, I might not, but im going to make all the money in the end”

Unfair deal all around imo.
