Hello!
This is Nighte Entertainment!
We are a small development group!
We are planning to make a game like Speed Race. Here is example: Speed Race - Roblox
I am looking for the following!

-Scripter
-Builder
-Animator

Payment:

Scripter: 40% of all revenue
Builder: 15% of all revenue
Animator: 15% of all revenue
Owner (me): 10% of all revenue
Ads: 20%

IF GAME FAILS, OR THERE IS ERROR, AND WE DO NOT SUCCEED, HERE IS BACKUP METHOD.

Scripter: 1,000 robux minimum
Builder: 500 robux minimum
Animator: 500 robux minimum

Okay, just gonna say it before anyone else does, a scripter cannot live off/get backed up with 1000 Robux. 1000 Robux is 3.50USD and for the rest of the jobs, they will get even less if the project fails.

Kinda hurts so see this in the Builder perspective.

This is like a Minimum-Wage job at a local McDonalds. Definitely not worth it.
