About The Job
If your team gets accepted by us the type of work you will be doing is called freelancing/contracting, we have no say over the work that is given to you if the clients want your team to help them make something shot term its your choice to take it or not,
Payment
You with your team may create your own desired prices and keep 95% of profits while the other 5% goes to me. The clients will send in examples/references on what they want done and you decide how you will get payed.

Because they’re a contracting business. Contracting businesses help find jobs, and usually, you get a much smaller share (maybe 70-80%), but they usually are well known, which helps attract more and more contracts, and make it easier to start freelancing.

You say you have a small following, may I ask why should I choose to use your services/Discord while much, much bigger Discords with the same idea exist out there, like Hidden Developers, and we can keep 100% of the profits in those groups.
This stills a very bad idea, as already @cwd30 said there’s a lot bigger Discord Servers / Communities with a really good record and trustworthy that let you have the 100% of the profits like Hidden Devs and others and while you only “attract” the customers because your community is incrediblely small you’ll be taking the 5% of my stuff.
This is not a really big deal, but when it comes to larger stuff like I don’t know a small map that’s being selled by a random user of your “platform” or is a member of your community for 10,000R$. The 5% it comes kinda big to just “attract” the customers to you.
And also, you haven’t said how you will asure to take the atention of the customers so they get interested and also how you’ll keep a track / record of the people, how you’ll be preventing scamming, etc.
All of this should be revealed since the people with this type of ideas nowdays just fail no offense dude. But this idea has been taken and like the simulator genre, is just a copy + paste with your own vision of making it “better”.
